NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE WAYNE B. GEHER HAS BEEN APPOINTED TO THE NEW HAMPSHIRE BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY

(Concord, NH | May 16, 2007) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. is pleased to announce that Governor John Lynch appointed Wayne B. Geher, CPA, CFE to the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy. This is a five year term. The New Hampshire Board of Accountancy promotes the reliability of information that is used for guidance in financial transactions, or for accounting or for assessing the financial status or performance of commercial, noncommercial and governmental enterprises.

Wayne joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A in 1986. He became a shareholder/director in 1988, and became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in 1997. As a CFE Wayne has extensive forensic accounting experience. Wayne is skilled in detecting fraudulent behavior and assists clients with fraud prevention, detection and investigation.

Wayne has over 25 years experience servicing a variety of industries, including construction and manufacturing. He works directly with clients and has developed an on-site approach that ensures undivided attention until the project scope is completed.
