KIRK B. LEONI, CPA, OF NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY, P.A. ELECTED TREASURER OF LEADERSHIP NH

(Concord, NH | May 17, 2007) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. is pleased to announce that Kirk B. Leoni has been elected Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Leadership NH, an organization that works to increase civic engagement and strengthens communities through connecting and educating a diverse pool of engaged or emerging leaders about the State of New Hampshire. In this position, Kirk will oversee the financial health of one of New Hampshire’s most influential organizations.

Developed in 1992, Leadership New Hampshire was created in response to recommendations from the Governor's Commission on the 21st Century to "identify emerging talent, motivate emerging leaders concerning statewide issues and perspectives; build on the expectation that they will take on leadership roles on statewide issues and develop a network for effective leadership." Through a uniquely interactive, non-partisan, educational experience, Leadership New Hampshire Associates explore the issues and challenges critical to the State of New Hampshire. This year-long program allows Associates to interact with top state officials, judges, educators, prison inmates, students, artists, corporate leaders and others who receive, deliver or make decisions and policy that affect services.
