NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY, P.A, TO HOST NON-PROFIT BREAKFAST FORUM OCTOBER 30, 2008

(Concord, NH | October 8, 2008) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. (NW & Co.) is pleased to announce that they will be holding a breakfast forum for non-profit organizations on October 30th, 2008 at their office on Commercial Street in Concord.

The breakfast will begin at 8:30am and the presentations will take place between 9:00am and 11:00am. CPE credits are available through this event. All interested parties must RSVP to Karla Heon at 603-224-5357 by October 15th, 2008.

The purpose of the forum is to educate attendees on the important changes affecting non-profit organizations. Kelli Boyle, CPA and Jared Yeaton, CPA, JD, MBA will be presenting on topics including: Revisions to Form 990; Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes; Maintaining your Tax Exempt Status; and Recent 403 (b) Changes.
