KIRK B. LEONI OF NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY, P.A., ELECTED TO GREATER CONCORD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(Concord, NH | December 16, 2008) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. is pleased to announce that its managing partner, Kirk B. Leoni, CPA, has been elected to the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing procedure as well as formulating and enforcing policies of the organization. According to the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce bylaws, Directors are able to serve up to two consecutive three-year terms. Nominations for the Board of Directors are chosen by the Nominating Committee or through petition.

Kirk is an active member of the Concord community, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Concord Community Music School, as the Vice-Chair of Leadership New Hampshire, and now on the Board of Directors for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Kirk advocates a team approach to problem solving and cultivating an environment that promotes open communication and professional development. This approach, along with national alliances, has helped grow Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. to one of the largest full-service accounting and tax firms in the state.
