KELLI BOYLE, CPA OF NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY, P.A. TO PRESENT FOR THE NEW HAMPSHIRE CENTER FOR NON-PROFITS

(Concord, NH | January 13, 2009) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. (NW & Co.) is pleased to announce that Kelli Boyle, CPA will be presenting a class for the NH Center for Nonprofits on January 14th, 2009 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Grappone Automotive Conference Room in Grappone Toyota, located on 3A in Bow, New Hampshire.

The class, entitled "The New 990 Shines a Spotlight on Board Governance," will be an overview of the IRS's 990 form and will highlight the changes and resulting implications to be considered by non-profits in 2009. Ms. Boyle will be presenting with Connie Boyles Lane, Esquire and John Zambera, CPA, Esquire from Orr & Reno.
