ORESTE J. MOSCA, CPA OF NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY, P.A. APPOINTED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS OF NH

(Concord, NH | January 29, 2009) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. (NW & Co.) is pleased to announce that Oreste (Rusty) J. Mosca, Principal, CPA, has been appointed to the Associated General Contractors of NH (AGC of NH) Board of Directors. A formal announcement was made at the AGC of NH's 59th annual meeting held December 11th, 2008 at Castleton in Windham, New Hampshire.

Mr. Mosca is the Director of the Auditing and Accounting Practice of NW & Co. He has significant audit experience in a variety of industries with a concentration in the construction and non-profit industries. In addition to his new appointment on the Board of the AGC of NH, Rusty is the Treasurer and serves on the Board of Havenwood-Heritage Heights Retirement Community. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
