KIRK LEONI ELECTED CORPORATOR OF CANTERBURY SHAKER VILLAGE

(CONCORD, NH | August 5, 2010) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. is pleased to announce that Kirk Leoni has been elected as a Corporator of Canterbury Shaker Village.

Kirk B. Leoni is the managing director of Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, at the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Business in 1976. He spent nine years at Coopers & Lybrand where he became an audit manager concentrating on emerging businesses. Kirk joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. in 1985 and was admitted as a principal in 1989. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Leoni is an active member of the Concord community. He serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Leadership New Hampshire; on the Board of Directors for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce; as well as for several additional non-profit boards including Merrimack County United Way Campaign Committee and Southport Youth Sailing Foundation, and has recently held the position of treasurer for the Concord Community Music School Board of Trustees.
