KELLI BOYLE AND RUSTY MOSCA OF NATHAN WECHSLER & COMPANY, P.A. PRESENT AS PART OF ACCOUNTING & AUDITING UPDATE CLASS HELD BY NH SOCIETY OF CPAS

(MANCHESTER, NH | November 23, 2011) – Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A., certified public accountants, is pleased to announce that on November 21, 2011 Kelli Boyle and Rusty Mosca presented as part of the Accounting & Auditing Update class held by the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.

The New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA) is a professional, state-wide organization dedicated to CPAs in public practice, industry, government, and education. The NHSCPA’s primary goal is to promote a greater understanding and recognition of the CPA profession and provide CPAs with products and services that assist in the quality of their professional services. It is also their greatest interest to anticipate and respond to their members’ needs, advocate policies that serve all NHSCPA members, and advance the professional environment.

Ms. Boyle manages the development of the nonprofit practice at Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. She joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. in January of 1999 and received her CPA certification in November of 2002. She then became a manager with the firm in 2005 and was admitted as a principal in 2011. Ms. Boyle’s audit experience is in the nonprofit, construction, and manufacturing industries. She is also on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Northern New England (GINNE) and served five years on the Board of Familystrength, both nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Mosca is the director of the auditing and accounting practice at Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. He joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. in 1987 and was admitted as a principal in 1994. Mr. Mosca has a great deal of audit experience in a variety of industries, including in construction and the nonprofit sector. He also serves as an active member of his community as a chairman and board member of the Havenwood-Heritage Heights Retirement Community and as a board member of the Associated General Contractors of New Hampshire.
