Kenneth C. Wolfe is co-director of the tax service division of Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, at Boston College and joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. in 1975. In addition, he completed an extensive four-year program with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) National Tax Education Program at the University of Illinois. He was admitted as a shareholder/director in 1983.

Ken has over 30 years experience in providing tax advice to closely held businesses and individuals. He has extensive knowledge in a variety of industries with expertise in medical and other professional service firms. He advises businesses on long-term accounting and business strategies that facilitate growth and expansion. He has experience in advising clients throughout their business life cycle. While he was Managing Director of the firm (1997-2004), he spearheaded the firm’s expansion to its new headquarters and was instrumental in the firm’s growth strategy.

Ken has presented numerous seminars on complex tax issues for the Institute of Management Accountants, the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, and for the New Hampshire Bar Association. He has also been a radio guest speaker on WGIR and WKXL.

Ken is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ken has been an active member of various community and professional organizations, including board positions with the Concord Country Club, NH Symphony Orchestra, Temple Beth Jacob and the Hooksett Youth Athletic Club. He has also serviced on the Tax Committee of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, and as the Treasurer of the Concord Chamber of Commerce.
