Sean C. Sullivan is the shareholder in-charge of the Laconia office of Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting at Bentley College and joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. in 1991. Sean was admitted as a shareholder/director in 2003.

Sean has significant experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail/wholesale, construction and engineering. He is able to understand the multiple facets of a client’s business and, in turn, provide comprehensive accounting, tax and succession planning solutions. He is proficient in advising clients involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions, and tax-free exchanges.

Sean is a key member of the audit team. He has heightened the quality standards of the firm by instituting national benchmarks for analyzing client performance and financial stability. His focus on fraud prevention, internal control design, and implementation is valued by the businesses he works with.

Sean is an active member of his community. He is currently the Board Chair of the Lakes Region United Way, Treasurer of the Laconia Historical & Museum Society, a board member of the Laconia Educational Endowment Foundation, and a committee member of the Belknap County Economic Development Council. Sean is also an incorporator and an audit committee member of LRGHealthcare, and an incorporator of Laconia Savings Bank.

Sean is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
