Nathan Wechsler Manager Re-Elected to Board of Pope Memorial SPCA

Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Julie E. Greenwood, CPA, Manager, has had her term on the board of the Pope Memorial Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Concord-Merrimack County extended by another three years; she has also been re-elected as Treasurer. 

“I am thrilled to continue on in my roles as Board Member and Treasurer for the Pope Memorial SPCA,” said Greenwood. “This is such an important cause—I’m happy to be able to contribute my talents as a CPA to the benefit of this organization.” 

The mission statement of the Pope Memorial SPCA describes the organization as “dedicated to caring for abandoned and homeless pets, protecting and advocating for pets in need, and promoting the humane treatment of all animals.” The programs and services they offer include youth summer camps, pet therapy programs, a humane education program, low-cost rabies and microchip clinics, Reading Tales program and a pet food pantry. Greenwood joined Nathan Wechsler & Company in 1999. She specializes in a number of areas, including QuickBooks consulting, medical practices, construction, small businesses, high net worth individuals and taxation. She serves as both a tax manager and Director of the firm’s Keene office. Greenwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Keene State College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA). She has served on the board of the Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord-Merrimack County since 2011.
