Nathan Wechsler Principal Named Chair of Canterbury Shaker Village

Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Kirk Leoni, CPA, Principal, was recently elected to a second term as Chair of Canterbury Shaker Village. He was re-elected during the organization’s annual meeting on April 11, 2017.  

“The Canterbury Shaker Village is a wonderful organization dedicated to preserving the history of our community,” said Leoni. “I’m pleased to be able to contribute my talents, combined with those of my fellow board members, in support of this worthwhile, historical endeavor.” 

Founded in 1969, Canterbury Shaker Village, Inc., is an internationally-known non-profit museum devoted to upholding the 200-year legacy of the Canterbury Shakers. Visitors to the Village are encouraged to explore and learn via tours, programs, exhibits, research, and publications. The site encompasses nearly 700 acres and includes 25 restored original Shaker buildings, 4 reconstructed Shaker buildings, along with forests, fields, gardens, nature trails, and mill ponds. Leoni has been with Nathan Wechsler & Company since 1985. He specializes in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, construction, and nonprofits. He is also Director of the firm’s Manufacturing and Wholesale Services team. Leoni graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School Of Business in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA).
