Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Lacie I. Smith, CPA recently served as a panelist for the Downtown Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS (CIBOR) Tour & Speaker Panel.
Smith joined Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA in 2017 and currently serves as a senior accountant. She specializes in not-for-profit taxation and also provides accounting, compliance, financial statement preparation, income tax return preparation, and special project work for a variety of clients.
Hosted by In Town Concord, the Downtown CIBOR Tour & Speaker Panel included a mini tour and a presentation on upcoming projects taking place in Concord as the result of an over $12 million investment commitment from the city. Smith sat on the panel as a representative of the Concord Young Professionals.
“I enjoyed participating in this event as a panelist,” said Smith. “It is exciting to see the passion and enthusiasm the residents of our city have for Concord’s redevelopment. I hope that more organizations will continue the trend of involving young professionals in these types of conversations, as we are the inheritors of Concord’s economic future.”
Smith holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Studies from Boston College. Outside of the office, she loves to spend time outdoors and can often be found backpacking, cycling, or working towards hiking New Hampshire’s 4,000 foot summits.
