Nathan Wechsler & Company Senior, Ashley Guion, recently hosted a “Tax-Talk” seminar for the Keene Young Professionals Network (KYPN), a subgroup of the Keene Chamber of Commerce. The discussion included a look at reducing tax burdens and what you can do to make your accountant happier.
Held at the Hannah Grimes Center in Keene, this seminar kicked off a series of “Adulting 101” classes focused on life skills, including topics on home buying, auto maintenance, financial planning, and more. Each workshop will be hosted by a professional in the field. KYPN is focused on engaging a wide variety of people and promoting the “Stay, Work, Play” mission to ‘encourage students, and 20 and 30 “somethings” to stay in, come to, or “boomerang” back to New Hampshire.” The group was recently featured in an article by The Keene Sentinel.
Ashley is part of KYPN’s leadership committee, where she holds the role of finance committee chair.
