Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Chris Currie, CPA has become a member of the Advisory Committee of the New Hampshire Food Bank, a program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire.
“The Food Bank aims to assist the nearly 10% of people in the state that don’t know where their next meal is coming from,” said Currie. “I believe in their mission and I am thrilled to be able to make an impact on the community while serving with this organization.”
Since 1984, the New Hampshire Food Bank has been dedicated to serving as a distributor and supplier to hunger relief agencies across the state. In 2016 alone they distributed nearly 13 million pounds of non-perishable food items, fresh produce, and meats to over 400 partner agencies! Currie joined Nathan Wechsler & Company in 2016 and currently serves as a principal. With over a decade of tax planning and compliance experience, he is a valuable member of the firm. Currie specializes in flow-through entity taxation, individual income tax, tax planning and compliance, and employee benefit consulting. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Currie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
