Nathan Wechsler & Company Principal Participates in Local Professional Community

Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to share the continued involvement of firm principal Kirk Leoni, CPA in the local professional community. Leoni was re-elected as Treasurer of Child and Family Services and recently served as a panelist on Board Governance for the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits. 

Since 1850, Child and Family Services has been supporting the development of healthy families throughout New Hampshire. “It has been a pleasure to serve on the Board of Directors for Child and Family Services since 2012,” said Leoni. “I’m thrilled to continue contributing to the organization’s mission through my service as treasurer.” 

The NH Center for Nonprofits is a statewide nonprofit association dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations through a variety of programs and resources. “It was an honor to be invited to participate on the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits panel,” said Leoni. “The local nonprofit community is important to me and I’m pleased to offer my experience and insight to these organizations.” 

Leoni joined Nathan Wechsler & Company in 1985 and currently serves as a principal. He specializes in working with mergers and acquisitions and serving the construction and manufacturing industries. He is also Director of the firm’s Manufacturing and Wholesale Services team. Leoni graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA).
