Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Wayne Geher, CPA, CFE recently gave a presentation titled “New Tax Law Changes & Forensic Accounting” at the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire (CLANH) Nashua Practice Group meeting.
“It was a pleasure to speak at the Collaborative Law Alliance Practice Group meeting last week,” said Geher. “With all of the recent changes to the US Tax Code, many new questions and uncertainties have arisen. I was happy to be able to address some of them in my presentation.”
CLANH is an alternative to the traditional practice of adversarial divorce, family law litigation, and resolution of other domestic and civil disagreements through the legal process. Members in the organization include lawyers, mental health professionals, and financial professionals who work together to help clients resolve disputes respectfully and outside of the courtroom. The goal of CLANH is to assist persons involved in disputes to reach agreements which meet the needs of the parties without going to court.
A member of Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA since 1986, Geher specializes in forensic and litigation services, fraud risk evaluations, and work within the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Public Accounting from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and is the current board president of the New Hampshire Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners.
