Who is your favorite author? What is the best book you’ve read?
- I really love Taylor Jenkins Reid and Madelline Miller. My favorite book of all time is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
- I’ve rewatched Friends, The Office, and New Girl more times than I can count. I’m not a huge movie fan, but my favorite one when I was growing up was Dirty Dancing because it was my older sister’s favorite.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
- I wanted to be a writer, and then an editor, and then a publisher, and then in college I did a total 180 and switched to being an accounting major.
What hobbies do you have?
- I read a lot, I spend a lot of time at the beach during the summers, and I love hiking.
What was your first job?
- I was a cashier at a fireworks store and helped customers design their shows.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
When you were growing up, what celebrity did you have a crush on?
- My first ever crush was the kid that played Benny the Jet Rodriguez in Sandlot.
Do you have a “Bucket List”? What are two things on it?
- Going to Italy and seeing the massive trees in the Redwood Forest.
What food could you NOT live without?
If you could meet one person dead or alive, who would that be?
- Either Meryl Streep or Anne Hathaway.
What’s your favorite sport to watch?
- I don’t really love watching sports. I liked going to regattas for rowing and I’d go to one of those again.
What’s under your bed?
- A bin full of off-season clothes and most likely my cat.
If you could choose a super power, what would it be?
- To teleport, I’d travel everywhere.
Alone and on an island, what would you take with you?
- My water bottle and a book.
