Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Ashley Guion was recently named one of the 2020 Trendsetters of the Monadnock Region.
Guion joined Nathan Wechsler & Company in 2017 and currently serves as a senior. She performs work on a variety of clients, including accounting, compliance, financial statement preparation, income tax return preparation, and special projects. She is a CPA and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
“I am so honored to have even been nominated for this award, and even more so to be chosen by the panel as a finalist,” said Guion. “It is an amazing feeling to have my hard work recognized within the greater community. I love the opportunities I have had to serve both the local Keene community and the greater Monadnock Region.”
Since 2014, The Keene Sentinel, The Business Journal of Greater Keene, Brattleboro and Peterborough, and the Keene Young Professionals Network have worked together to recognize Trendsetters in the Monadnock Region. The award is given to up-and-coming business leaders, all under age 40, who are nominated by members of the local community then selected by a six-person panel. Guion attended the Peter T. Paul School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire. She graduated magna cum laude, earning both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with options in Accounting and Management, as well as a Minor in Spanish. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA). Guion is a graduate of the 2018 Leadership Monadnock program. She is a board member of Keene Young Professionals Network, a program of the Hannah Grimes Center, and acts as Treasurer and Education Chair.
