On January 4, 2023, the Nathan Wechsler team gathered at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center for our firm retreat. Working with our facilitators, Russ Ouellette and Krista Baxter from Sojourner Partners, we spent the morning working through a series of exercises to help us better understand our firm’s various teams and service offerings. We used this new knowledge of what our teammates do at the firm to plan ways we can create a stronger and more unified firm culture. We had a fun day learning more about each other and came away with some great ideas for moving forward with a collective approach to working as a team!
