The regional accounting firm of Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce Kelli D’Amore, CPA as its new managing director. D’Amore succeeds Oreste “Rusty” Mosca, CPA, who has served as the firm’s managing director since 2014.
“Having spent more than two decades with Nathan Wechsler, it is truly an honor to be handed the reins of managing partner—a responsibility that I don’t take lightly.” said D’Amore. “I look forward to upholding both our key traditions and our status as a respected member of the local community.”

Mosca held the position of managing partner for 9 years, and under his leadership, the firm experienced significant growth and success. “I’m happy to see Kelli take over this role,” said Mosca. “I value her experience and energy. I know she will promote excellence by continuing our firm’s focus on superior service and strong client relationships.”
D’Amore joined Nathan Wechsler in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She served as the firm’s principal for many years, leading its niche practice areas for nonprofit organizations, construction contractors and manufacturing. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs (NHSCPA). Additionally, she has served many organizations within her local community, including the Goodwill Industries of Northern New England (GINNE), the Capital Region Board of the NH Charitable Foundation, Plan NH, and Associated Builders and Contractors of NH/VT. D’Amore currently resides in Deerfield with her husband.
