Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that William (Bill) J. Beauchesne, CPA, Principal, has been awarded the Chairman’s Award from the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to his award, Beauchesne recently gave a presentation on Sales & Use Tax at a seminar for the New Hampshire Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
“I am honored to have been chosen for the Chairman’s Award,” said Beauchesne. “Community is very important to me as well as to the team at Nathan Wechsler. The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce is an excellent resource for businesses in our community. Additionally, I am always excited to work with the New Hampshire Chapter of the IMA. I appreciate the work they do for our state and their commitment to providing resources and support to New Hampshire finance professionals.”
The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce works hard to represent the legislative and economic interests (on the local, state or federal level) of member businesses, and stays abreast of, and lobbies against, any issues that may adversely affect them.
Established in 1919, the New Hampshire Chapter of the IMA (IMA NH) is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and position of the Granite State’s financial professionals. The organization’s quarterly educational programs, student resources, and connection to IMA National provide an opportunity for local finance professionals to engage, learn and network with their peers.
Beauchesne joined Nathan Wechsler & Company in 2013 and currently serves as a firm principal. He specializes in real estate entities, tax compliance and consulting, high net worth individual taxation, and partnership and LLC transactions. He also serves as the Director of Pass-through Entity Taxation. Beauchesne earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Boston College. He later earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Northeastern University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA), and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).
