Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA is pleased to announce that Wayne Geher, CPA, CFE, firm principal has been approved for membership with the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire (CLANH).
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve with CLANH,” said Geher. “The organization provides a valuable service to the New Hampshire community and I look forward to using my talents to help further its mission.”
CLANH is an alternative to the traditional practice of adversarial divorce, family law litigation, and resolution of other domestic and civil disagreements through the legal process. Members in the organization include lawyers, mental health professionals, and financial professionals who work together to help clients resolve disputes respectfully and outside of the courtroom. Geher recently completed the required training to become a CLANH “financial neutral.” He will be assisting parties on both sides of a divorce with preparing personal budgets, valuing existing assets, and/or deciding how assets should be split, including the parental income tax effect thereon.
A member of Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA since 1986, Geher specializes in forensic and litigation services, fraud risk evaluations, and work within the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Accounting from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the New Hampshire Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners.
